Mrs. Fiala
My name is Tori Fiala. This is my 34th year of teaching, 26 of which have been in Kindergarten. I grew up in Minnesota and moved to Nebraska in 1988 after marrying my husband, Jim. We have been married for 32 years! We have a daughter, Megan Buerer, who teaches 4th grade at Kenwood. She is married to Aric and they have an amazing 6 year old named Brody. Being his Mimi is the greatest blessing! Our other daughter Kara is a middle school special education teacher in Holdrege. I love to spend as much time as possible with our family and friends. I grew up knowing that I wanted to be a teacher and spent many hours “playing school” when I was young. Kindergartners are full of wonder, hope, excitement and happiness. I love every day that I come to school and get to see their beautiful little faces. I can’t wait to see what this new year brings!
