Ashley Chizek

My name is Ashley Chizek and I am one of the reading teachers at Kenwood.  I graduated from Ashland-Greenwood High School.  I received my undergraduate degree from Hastings College in K-12 Special Education & K-6 Elementary Education.  I also received my Masters from Doane College in Curriculum and Instruction.

 

This will be my 17th year of teaching.  Prior to joining Kearney Public Schools, I taught 4 years as a special education teacher in Grand Island and 12 years in Pleasanton as a 3rd grade teacher.  

 

When I am not teaching you will find me keeping up with my husband Jeremy and my two daughters Addison and Leah.
